🐷 “Pig in the Wings!” — Banbury 2025
Captured from the side of the stage by our very own Louise Wilson — backing vocalist, rhythm guitarist, and stealth videographer — this clip from The Mill Arts Centre, Banbury, is a rare glimpse behind the curtain.
It’s Dark Side of The Wall magic from a new angle: lasers blazing, crowd roaring, and the band locked in. But it’s the vantage point that makes this one special — filmed from the wings, where Louise stood with phone in hand and a grin full of mischief.
Fans dubbed it “Pig in the Wings” — a nod to Animals, a wink to Floyd’s inflatable pig lore, and a salute to the woman behind the lens (webmaster: at least, one hopes so!). Whether you were there or not, this video puts you right in the thick of it.

Dark Side Of The Wall – Comfortably Numb, Tamworth Assembly Rooms
A final chord before the silence.
Captured live on Saturday 14th March 2020 at Tamworth Assembly Rooms, this performance of Comfortably Numb was the last before Dark Side Of The Wall—and the rest of the UK—went into lockdown. Shot from a static GoPro beside the mixing desk, the footage is raw, unfiltered, and entirely fitting for the moment.
It’s a snapshot of a band in full stride, unaware it would be their final show for some time. The audience, the atmosphere, and the power of the song all converge in a poignant reminder of what live music gives us—and what we temporarily lost.

Dark Side Of The Wall – The Swan Theatre
Filmed at The Swan Theatre, Worcester on 4th October 2014, this striking time-lapse condenses a full 2+ hour Dark Side Of The Wall performance into just 1 minute 22 seconds of pure momentum.
Set to a live version of Shine On You Crazy Diamond recorded at Stoney Stanton in 2013, the film captures the electric pulse of setup, lights, lasers, and performance in a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it montage.
It’s a visual tribute not only to the band’s atmosphere and precision but also to the behind-the-scenes choreography that brings each show to life. This is Pink Floyd’s world distilled through the lens of movement, colour, and music — a miniature epic born of patience and passion.
